Hello Guys, Recently Amazon India has said that there will be no refunds
for electronic devices like Camera,Mobiles, Laptops, etc. The return
policies of Amazon India where recently updated on their site and all
the electronic devices bought after May 11, will no longer be for
refunds and can only be replaced.
If you would have purchased a mobile phone from Amazon after February and would try to refund it, you would come to know that its not available for refund and can only be replaced. Now, Amazon has applied the return policies to mostly all the electronic devices.
If you go and check on Amazon site regarding this,it had said ” All
tablets,laptops,desktops,monitors,cameras,and camera lenses that are
fulfilled by Amazon and purchased on or after 11th May 2016 are eligible
for a replacement only policy and will no longer be eligible for
refunds. In case you have received a defective or a damaged product,you
will be eligible for a free replacement.”

Though, other category items can still be placed for refunds or
replacement. But from now on, electronic devices like Camera, Laptops,

replaced and not requested for refunds. So, if you have bought a
electronic device after May 11, 2016 from Amazon India make sure that
you keep in mind that it can not be refund and can only be replaced and
you can only return a electronic device which is defective or damaged
within 10 days.
